SUMMARY: The Project Manager II will be expected to support and coordinate the product development efforts for the commercial deployment of personalized digital marketing initiatives including connected devices and the data architecture and infrastructure to support these initiatives. The role will require demonstrated project and or product development experience coupled with competence in B2C, mobile application development, wireless technologies and digital customer relationship management. This person will work a broad spectrum of Keurig functions including key members of the Connected, Marketing, and E-Commerce organizations to determine how information systems technology supports the key IT strategies in the context of company-wide strategies and corporate information architecture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the functional marketing, connected and E-commerce leadership and IT Digital team to support a rolling 3-year roadmap of projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
- Facilitate the development of ROI models and criteria for connected, marketing, E-Commerce project prioritization
- Provide coordination of all of the resources, both functional and technical, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
- Act as the official manager and communicator of delivery dates, key milestones, risk mitigation and status
- Facilitate project and process meetings face-to-face and via conference calls as needed.
- Lead project sub teams of business Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) driving input into & review of system configuration documentation including fields, forms, workflow, values, etc.
- Work with business Subject Matter Expert on User Acceptance Testing. Provide input and guidance to ensure effective and timely testing is completed.
- Work with IT Infrastructure, Integration Architect, and system DBA on System, Integration, Performance, Security, and Regression Testing.
- Work with trainers, project team, end users and end user support team to develop and implement training and support programs to ensure acceptance and effective use of the new processes and systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Direct experience with enterprise type (Tier1) software application (ERP) lifecycles, E-Commerce Platforms, data architecture and standard Information Systems development methodologies.
· Ability to maintain composure, enthusiasm, energy, and focus in a variety of circumstances.
· Competency in project and program management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and task estimation
· MS Office fluency
· Planview (program management software) understanding a plus
· Comfortable with coordinating and driving multi-task, multi-level program - project plans and schedules, bug tracking and timely issue resolution or escalation for resolution/decision
· Meeting facilitation skills including setting agendas, task management, time management, taking minutes, managing documentation, and action item management both formal and informal settings
· Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous and event driven environment.
· Strong communications skills (written and verbal), and comfortable presentation and speaking skills.
· Effective and sound decision making skills, influencing, and leadership.
· BS/BA in a technical discipline with a minor in Business Administration, MS preferred
· 10+ years of experience applying information systems technology to the continuous improvement of supply-chain business processes.
· 5+ years of successful technical/business systems project management experience
· Must follow all Keurig Green Mountain and Safety policies, procedures and programs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Predominately sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (67% - 100% of the workday).
OTHER NECESSARY FUNCTIONS:
- Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Green Mountain and the department
- Performs other duties as requested by management
