The Regional Service Manager (RSM) coaches, manages and monitors the performance of directly reporting GLS Project Managers (PMs). The position is responsible for the execution of all projects assigned to their team. The RSM provides the leadership for implementation, training development, communication, and adherence to processes to ensure the highest levels of project management excellence, safety, budget responsibility, and customer satisfaction. .
