We have an exciting opportunity to apply data and project management skills to the task of engaging public health leaders in shared management of information systems critical to improving the health of Vermonters. You will assist the Department of Health in identifying and documenting business processes and needs that must be supported by the Agency of Human Services Integrated Eligibility system. You will also provide business analysis and project management in support of SPHINX, a person centered data repository that serves several program areas. This combined system is a powerful tool for public health, but is also highly complex. You will work to encourage sharing and coordination of strategies among programs, document policies to guide shared ownership of data and build program managers’ knowledge of the data model.  Strong interpersonal skills and close attention to detail are critical. The work will at times require skilled facilitation to reconcile potentially conflicting needs. Ideal candidates will have experience with business analysis, IT requirements gathering, project management, data systems and public health settings.
