We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the development of long-range plans and programs related to the integration of health and human services programs within the Agency of Human Services, including relevant healthcare reform policy directives and organizational goals, as mandated by the Health Services Enterprise Program (HSEP) Executive Steering Committee (ESC). You will manage the development of program and project plans and budgets, and will monitor costs and allocation of resources to achieve the change management and technology goals of Vermont's strategy to integrate programs across the Agency.
