Quality Improvement Project Manager
The Quality Improvement Project Manager serves as liaison across department and division lines in driving meaningful HEDIS and CAHPS analysis and developing both clinical and service quality improvement projects. The incumbent serves as project lead in developing and implementing clinical quality improvement projects. In addition, this position acts as a consultant to other departments engaged in quality improvement projects, ensuring that progress against goals is assessed periodically using meaningful data and projects risks are identified and mitigated. The QI Project Manager works with key players in the health care delivery system, including other plans, state agencies, and provider groups, to develop and implement improvement strategies across the system.
BS is in public health, public administration, or equivalent is required. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects is required. Knowledge of NCQA and URAC accreditation standards desired. To apply on line visit us at bcbsvt.com or send your resume to www.HRAPPS.com.
