Tuesday, 13 June 2023 Hello Everyone, Just a friendly final reminder that the bylaws voting closes in 2 days. PMI has sent out a link for you to vote on the changes. The subject of the email is Election Open - PMI Champlain Valley Chapter - 2023 Bylaws Renewal. The voting link was sent out on June 1st. The voting will close on June 15th. Below is a list of the proposed changes in the bylaws update. The update involves changes in the board positions and the roles and responsibilities regarding the changing board positions. Here is a link to the proposed new bylaws. Below is an overview of the changes - A Vice President position has been added that is next in line to the President - The Registrar position has been eliminated - The Vice President of Communication position has been eliminated - A Vice President of Outreach position has been added - The Vice President of Programs position has been eliminated - A Vice President of Community Building position has been added - 2 at large board positions have been added After voting closure, if the bylaws pass, they will automatically become active.
