Thursday, 8 June 2023 Hello Everyone, By now, you should have received a link to vote on the bylaws from PMI. The subject of the email is Election Open - PMI Champlain Valley Chapter - 2023 Bylaws Renewal. The voting link was sent out on June 1st. The voting will close on June 15th. Below is a list of the proposed changes in the bylaws update. The update involves changes in the board positions and the roles and responsibilities regarding the changing board positions. Here is a link to the proposed new bylaws. Below is an overview of the changes - A Vice President position has been added that is next in line to the President - The Registrar position has been eliminated - The Vice President of Communication position has been eliminated - A Vice President of Outreach position has been added - The Vice President of Programs position has been eliminated - A Vice President of Community Building position has been added - 2 at large board positions have been added There will be another notification 2 days before voting closure.
