Wednesday, 31 May 2023 Hello Everyone, As mentioned in our May newsletter, the Board for PMICV is looking to pass a bylaws update. The update involves changes in the board positions and the roles and responsibilities regarding the changing board positions. Here is a link to the proposed new bylaws. Below is an overview of the changes - A Vice President position has been added that is next in line to the President - The Registrar position has been eliminated - The Vice President of Communication position has been eliminated - A Vice President of Outreach position has been added - The Vice President of Programs position has been eliminated - A Vice President of Community Building position has been added - 2 at large board positions have been added In regards to voting, PMI will send out a voting link tomorrow. The voting will close on June 15th. There will be a notification sent 1 week before voting closure as well as 2 days before voting closure.
