As a successful senior manager in IBM, Joe had broad business exposure, worked closely with executives and contributed in a variety of areas. These included pivotal business transformations, project management, systems development & operations, product development planning & operations, manufacturing and executive staff assignments. In addition, he was an award-winning manager of global, mission-critical projects. Following this, Joe engaged in project management consulting and education with IPS which was associated with Stanford University’s Advanced Project Management Program. In this capacity Joe worked with Fortune 100 companies across the US and ten other countries. His main focus was educating and guiding clients in converting their strategies into action.
Kathleen has spent her thirty-year career at Nokia converting cutting edge technologies into real solutions to real problems for real people. Her expertise in technology is balanced with her management skills and is reflected in a breadth of professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, TOGAF, ITIL, CBAP). Project and program management practices, in particular, has been the power behind the success of her efforts to deploy innovations in the areas of Smart Buildings, Cloud Solutions, and Collaboration Tools throughout Nokia. Kathleen has used the same practices to deliver successful projects at the non-profits of which she has been a member over the years. |
