Facilitating and developing open and effective working relationships with SMEs for these new technologies across the business is foundational to any Program or Project success. Leadership skills need to wrap around all these many new areas of expertise. Knowing what you are good at in this space, as well where and when you need help is very important. Any change will test the leadership skills of each PM and BA engaged. Forewarned is forearmed. ______________________________________________________ Christopher Day is a senior executive with a diverse background in IT-Vendor Management, Workforce Optimization, Resourcing, and Human Resources. He has worked diligently to raise awareness and develop business opportunities for RapidQube in North America. He feels that the technology, specifically blockchain, has the ability to transform current business processes as well as define businesses not yet in existence.
