 40 years of IT experience\, working in the Finance\, Life\, and Health Ins
 urance industries.
 He has led teams in Applications Development\, Help D
 esk\, Quality Assurance\, Release Management\, Service Delivery\, and Proj
 ect/Program Management.
 He is currently the PMO Director and OPT Program
  Manager at BCBSVT.
 Mark is a PMP since 2006 and has been engaged in pro
 gram management for over 15 years.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
