 e&nbsp\;as shared by former career SEAL Bill Atkinson. Bill's talk will pr
 ovide an overview of successful leadership in Special Operations and the t
 he ability to consistently adapt\, overcome and succeed\, relating it to t
 oday's organizations and the need for agility and responsiveness in order 
 to succeed. Join us for this interactive presentation and leadership works
 hop!

 Who is Bill Atkinson?:&nbsp\;
 As a young man\, Bill was
  an accomplished musician\, but the entire course of his life changed when
  he made the decision to join the Navy. In his 21 years of service\, he ga
 ined extensive leadership and teamwork experience as a Navy SEAL\, complet
 ing his career with distinction as Command Master Chief\, SEAL Team EIGHT.
 
 Following additional post-secondary education\, he worked in commercial
  and residential construction\, consulted in organizational transformation
  and change management\, and provided winter survival and movement trainin
 g to operators from SEAL Team SIX. More recently\, he worked for Navy Recr
 uiting as a Warrior Challenge Mentor\, running the flagship program that s
 uccessfully prepared hundreds of men and women ages 18-28 for the rigors o
 f the SEAL\, SWCC\, EOD\, Diver and Air Rescue programs.
