About Molly:About

I am a planner at heart and a teacher in my soul. Nicknamed "The Question Queen" by coworkers and clients alike, I am at my most passionate and impactful when there are problems to be solved and teams to be mobilized.

Project Management provides the structure I need to tackle complex problems and I believe that everyone should have access to the powerful tools and tactics to overcome their obstacles to growth.

Projects are meant to be temporary, but your success shouldn't be.  Too many companies focus on picking the “right” or “best” tool or process, but struggle with the communication, change management, and adoption strategies to truly maximize the value.

My goal is to build self-sufficiency, nurture champions and grow together as a community and world. Or to paraphrase one of my favorite Economics professors, sometimes to get a larger slice of pie its better to help bake a bigger pie.
