Mark has almost 40 years of IT experience, working in the Finance, Life, and Health Insurance industries.
He has led teams in Applications Development, Help Desk, Quality Assurance, Release Management, Service Delivery, and Project/Program Management.
He is currently the PMO Director and OPT Program Manager at BCBSVT.
Mark is a PMP since 2006 and has been engaged in program management for over 15 years.
Multi-year programs pose a significant implementation risk in today’s rapidly changing technology environment.
