First, you must log in to the website. Once you do, you will see an additional tab appear on the menu bar to the right of the LOGIN tab called MEMBER.
Click on the MEMBER tab and select "My Registrations: from the dropdown menu.
Currently there is no mechanism to print individual events. If you desire a printout, you should use the print feature of your browser to print the page.
PDU notes:
- All dinner meetings are 2 PDU events.
- The annual Symposium is an 8 PDU event.
Important note: On July 15, 2012 the Chapter moved to a new web host. The events that each member attended prior to that date did not transfer over to the new database. However, your events were captured and can be manually retrieved. Please email: click here to request your past events
